Warranty Policy
All Maie Jewelry products are warranted by us for a period of 365 days from the date of the delivery (“Warranty Period”) of the Products, subject to the following conditions (“Warranty”):
- The Warranty only covers products sold by Maie Jewelry.
- Maie Jewelry shall have sole right and discretion to determine the eligibility of the Warranty upon receipt and inspection of the product.
- The Warranty covers defects on workmanship only, and does not cover any damage that in the opinion of Maie Jewelry is caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, tarnishing modification, loss of stones, attempted repair, negligence or any problems or complaints which are inherent in relation to the natural phenomenon or colour or otherwise natures of the gemstones of which composites the Product. Maie Jewelry has the sole and absolute discretion to determine the nature of the defects and damage.
- In order to receive warranty service, the customers must:- a) Provide us with the proof of purchase of the product in the form of a purchase receipt or a dispatch note; and b) Send the product to be repaired in its original packaging to Maie Jewelry.
- Repairs or Warranty requested after the expiry of the Warranty Period will incur a repair charge at the customer’s own expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Maie Jewelry has the sole discretion to refuse to provide any repair to the Product which is in the opinion of the Maie Jewelry unfit for any repair.
- The Warranty becomes void in the event of the Product having already been altered or repaired by any third-party or the customer.
- Maie Jewelry reserves the right to amend the above conditions of the Warranty from time to time without any prior notice to the customers.
