Warranty Policy
We offer a guarantee for gold jewelry along with a certificate of authenticity. This does not apply to silver jewelry with ropes.
Our guarantee service includes:
- the elimination of defects caused by the manufacturer;
- the repair of minor damages in the presence of all elements of the jewelry piece and the preservation of the integrity of its shape (breakage of the chain, detachment of the club/heart/any other element of the jewelry piece, defects in the clasp or magnet, etc.);
- and free cleaning.
Our guarantee service is also provided for an additional fee if the textile or leather elements require repair; the jewelry piece has defects or damages resulting from misuse or careless handling (bumps, dents, mechanical damage to the chain, significant deformation of the jewelry piece, loss of jewelry elements, diamond falling out of the jewelry piece, etc.).
We want your jewelry to maintain its original look for as long as possible, so we advise you to refer to the jewelry care guide which is attached to the certificate.
Items that are not subject to exchanges or returns include jewelry made from precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation, and semi-precious stones.
