We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. MAIE Limited reserves the right to refuse an order if there is no payment.

We will do our best to send your order without delay. MAIE Jewelry’s pieces will be delivered to you by our shipping providers and will arrive packaged in a discreet, plain box.
Please note that delivery times depend on the stock of the item you purchase. Please allow extra time on weekends, public holidays, and busy periods like Christmas and Easter.
Please take note that all deliveries need to be signed for, and a photo ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of the delivery, our shipping provider will reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time, so please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct.
